Deccan Odyssey

The train is scheduled in such a way that it travels through the night so that guests get to relax in 5-star comfort and arrive fresh the next morning at the next halt, to explore the destination during the day.

Breakfast and dinner will be served on board while lunch will be provided at the destination. Only on the final day will lunch be served on the train followed by dinner at the Taj Residency Nasik.

Travel to beautiful beaches in Goa and Maharashtra, see the grand forts and palaces of the Marathas and the Osho Ashram in Pune on your Deccan Odyssey. Travel on a journey through beautiful scenery and heritage destinations, as you tour the historic sites of Ajanta, Ellora and Aurangabad. Catering and housekeeping on the Deccan Odyssey have been contracted to the Taj Group of hotels.

 This Royal train tries to recreate the Era of Peshwas-medieval time Feudal Lords of Western India & there are additional facilities of Presidential Suite Cabins, Spa & Massage treatments, Conference Lounge Car, Business Centre etc.
